Must Read Vitamins and Minerals To Be Banned

From time to time, an issue comes along that is so important that we have to devote a newsletter to it, in preference to promoting our products for our short term interest. This is one of those times.

The banning, within months of something as innocuous as vitamins and minerals. Seems incredible doesn't it? Would and could the EU really ban most vitamins and minerals from being available in meaningful dosages? Is something as surreal as this really happening? Unfortunately the answer is yes, and it is very likely under the soon to be finalised EU regulations, and things are not looking good at all.

All this despite the fact that there was not even one death caused by a dietary supplement in 2008, according to the most recent information collected by the U.S. National Poison Data System. The new 174-page annual report of the American Association of Poison Control Centers, published in the journal Clinical Toxicology, shows zero deaths from multiple vitamins; zero deaths from any of the B vitamins; zero deaths from vitamins A, C, D, or E; and zero deaths from any other vitamin.

(It is conservatively estimated that around 200,000 Americans and 40,000 Brits die every year from the use of correctly prescribed conventional medications).

Yet the EU do not seem to be interested in these facts. Read full newsletter here:

10 Natural Remedies for Yeast Infections

The common yeast infection, also known as vaginitis, is a painful condition that many women may experience at some point in their lives.
Characterized by extremely uncomfortable itching, burning and pain, as well as a smelly discharge, vaginal yeast infections are most-often caused by unhealthy forms of fungus that grow in the warm, damp environment of the female genitalia. And while men may also experience this condition, it is most common in women. The most prominent form of yeast infection fungus is Candida albicans.
Below, we will discuss ten of the most common natural remedies for yeast infections. Hopefully, these remedies will provide you with relief from the uncomfortable itching and burning.
Probiotics for Yeast Infections
If you are currently taking any form of antibiotic, the likelihood of a yeast infection is increased. Taking a probiotic supplement or eating probiotic foods will help fight and restore the natural gut flora that prohibits fungal infections like Candida from forming. The antibiotic tetracycline is especially prone to causing growth of yeast organisms in the body. Learn more about probiotics benefits.
Soothe a yeast infection by douching with apple cider vinegar. Mix 3 tablespoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar with 1 quart of water, add to douche apparatus and use. I recommend Braggs ACV, but any raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother” still included should work. For added benefit you can add some colloidal silver to the mix. I recommend adding 2 ounces of Silver Fuzion to each batch.
Garlic for Yeast Infections
Another common remedy for yeast infections, is to eat several fresh garlic cloves on a daily basis. While this will probably give you bad breath, it will also help clear up your yeast infection. This remedy works because garlic has natural anti-fungal properties, which will also help these infections from starting. It is also a well-known anti-bacterial and natural antibiotic.
Most soaps are too harsh on the delicate feminine anatomy. They strip the area of its natural protective oils. These oils help prevent yeast from forming. Similarly, feminine hygiene douches and sprays, as well as perfumed products, also reduce the natural protective oils. Alcohol and other toxic chemicals in these products alter the delicate pH balance of the vagina and leave you more susceptible to infection. Use organic hygiene products, if necessary.
Oregano Oil for Yeast Infections
Oregano oil is another effective remedy for yeast infections. It will help reduce yeast and candida infections. Place 9 drops in a capsule and swallow 2-3 times daily after meals on a full stomach. Learn more about oregano oil benefits.
Tea tree oil is a powerful natural antifungal. Place a few drops of organic tea tree oil on a natural tampon and insert into your vagina for 4 hours. Do this in the morning and afternoon. Do not sleep with the tampon inserted. A couple of days should be sufficient to relieve the symptoms.
Cranberries for Yeast Infections
Cranberries are not just for bladder infections; they can also be used to help with yeast infections. A well-known female reproductive tonic, you can also drink the juice, unsweetened, to help restore healthy pH balance in the vagina. This aids in fighting off fungal infection.
Another common folk remedy related to restoring flora and pH balance, yogurt can be used topically and vaginally to reduce a yeast infection. Insert 1 to 2 tablespoons into the vagina, and externally to the affected area and leave for at least several hours before washing. Make sure yogurt has no added sugars, fruit or other ingredients. Another way is to soak a tampon in the yogurt and insert for 2 hours, then remove.
This remedy may sound silly, but it’s one of the easiest things you can do to help with yeast infections. It works because yeast fungus loves warm, moist environments. Wearing loose-fitting clothing and underwear will keep oxygen moving, and help prevent the growth of fungus. I recommend giving organic cotton and other natural forms of clothing a try.
Everyone has natural amounts of Candida yeast in the body, although a healthy body’s natural environment prohibits this fungus from taking over. It is when you get an infection that your body gives you a sign that you are out of balance. A stressful lifestyle can cause Candida to grow in excess, as our immune system becomes compromised. Make sure to take time to slow down and recuperate, particularly after stressful life events. I recommend massage, meditation, yoga and frequent exercise.
These are just ten remedies for yeast infections. Surely, you guys know of a few more remedies that I probably missed. Please feel free to add your remedies in the comments below.
